Multinational exercise "Breeze 23"

The Romanian Naval Forces participate, between October 13-22, in the multinational Exercise "Breeze 23", with the maritime dredger 30 "Sublieutenant Alexandru Axente" and staff officers. The exercise is organized by the Bulgarian Naval Forces, in the port of Varna, in the territorial waters of Bulgaria and in the international waters of the Black Sea. "Breeze 23" comprises training sequences adapted to today's geostrategic challenges, for which it foresees the immediate reaction of a regional multinational force in all combat environments. Naval and air capabilities from 11 other NATO states and NATO partners (Albania, Belgium, France, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America and Turkey) take part in this exercise, RRA correspondent Sorin Cealera informed us.
