Moldovan President Maia Sandu will come to Romania to receive the "Timisoara for European Values" award

RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, will come to Romania at the end of the week to receive the "Timisoara for European Values" award, being the first recipient of this distinction instituted by the municipality last year. The award honours internationally recognised personalities who promote or defend European values. According to the Chisinau Presidency, Maia Sandu will meet the Moldovan community in Timisoara on Friday and will be received on Saturday at the Savarsin Castle by Her Majesty Margareta, the Custodian of the Romanian Crown.
