Meteorologists have updated severe weather warnings. Thus, four new counties have entered under the yellow code for snow and snow cover. They are Olt, Arges, Dambovita and Prahova. These are in addition to Ialomita, Calarasi, Giurgiu, Teleorman, Constanta, Ilfov and Bucharest, where it will snow until Wednesday morning.

The yellow code for cold weather has also been updated, but it still covers the northern half of the country. There, mornings and nights will be frosty, with lows as low as -17 degrees. A non-code weather advisory says snow will fall until Wednesday in the south and south-eastern regions. Locally in the center of the country and in limited areas in the rest of the country, snow will fall and icing may form. The weather will be cold in all regions until the end of the week.
