The Romanian pugilist Lucian Bute will defend on Saturday night to Sunday for the 10th time the world title at super middleweight title in IBF version against the British Carl Froch.
The match will be held in Carl Froch’s hometown, Nottingham, on Capital FM arena.

The specialized site boxrec.com believes that at this moment Lucian Bute is the second pugilist as value in the super-middleweight category while the British occupies the third position.
Journalists from ESPN note in an analysis done before the match that although Lucian Bute is at worst the second sportsman as value from the super-middleweight category, the Romanian pugilist strives to gain respect yet.
To get it, write the ones from ESPN, Lucian Bute has accepted to fight away though it was not necessarily need this because he could earn enough money fighting at home in Montreal or in Quebec.
Thereby Lucian Bute will face Carl Froch, a pugilist who held the world title twice and who fought during the final tournament Super Six World Boxing Classic where he was defeated by Andre Ward.
“Lucian Bute: I remember when Joe Calzaghe fought towards the end of his career away from home and got the respect he deserved for this. That is what I am looking to do.

“The right time to go away from home”
“It is the right time for me to go away from home and to defend my belt. In my heart I believe I will be victorious”, Lucian Bute said.
“I was criticized because I do not fight away from home. I remember when Joe Calzaghe(ex champion at super middleweight and heavyweight) fought to end of his career away from home and earned the respect that he deserved for this. That is what I am trying to do”, said the Romanian pugilist.
The ones from ESPN also note that Lucian Bute is tired to be criticized that he fights only at home.
The Romanian pugilist fought almost all the matches from professionals in Canada and Romania, except, however, three parties that took place in the USA, the fifth fight (Atlantic City) , the sixth fight (Boynton Beach), and the eighth fight (Boston).
Starting with the fight in Boston in 2004, Lucian Bute has fought only on his ground, but this will no longer happen, say the ones from ESPN.
