Symbolic rent, housing, fuel and even car service – these are just some of the facilities that House of Commons authorities of Romania tries to provide doctors to convince to come to practice in rural areas.
It's all part of a program to ensure the amount of family doctors in the county.
Thousands of villagers, without family doctor
The program began, Sălaj is a county where thousands of people from the village have no family doctor.
Offers with medical facilities will be sent in special centres in Bucharest and Cluj, according to Ioan Catana we were, a member of the Association of Communes of Romania and one of the initiators of the project.
"The doctor in the municipality must take care of him. I signed some contracts, they are all our locations, all of them have asked us to point - the family doctor, - pharmacy, and dentistry.

In Sălaj County it is necessary at least 100 doctors and several hundred nurses.
