PNL has finalized the candidates for parliamentary elections in December, after tense meeting of the party.More dismissals of some presidents of subsidiaries, exemptions from regulation, especially into PNG's party and acceptance of his application were hot spots of one of the most important days for liberals.
The outcome generated, however, even more complaints.
The most important forums of the Liberal leadership established Friday to keep, on the lists of candidates for the winter elections, the most current parliamentary party.
They were placed on the list also 27 new names, among those being George Becali, professor Daniel Barbu, director of documentaries and civil society activist, Sorin Iliesiu, the former Prime Minister Petre Roman, but also the Peasant Victor Ciorbea.
Dismissals of leadership subsidiaries
The surprise-decisions taken Friday relates to leadership dismissal from Dâmboviţa and Mehedinţi subsidiaries, and from sector 1, Bucharest.
If Mehedinti and Dâmboviţa subsidiaries were accused of several internal organizational weaknesses, regarding the leadership from sector 1 of the capital, were used related charges of treason.
PNL President, Crin Antonescu, pointed that this leadership, not once, promoted a policy opposing the government.
"We're talking about the fact that is unacceptable…anywhere and in any case we will not accept that, while a whole party, with all his people, to mobilize, give a political battle, as was the case in the referendum, gives a political battle on behalf of millions of people, some of us to betray.
"The word is spectacular, but, eventually, it's simple," said the Liberal leader.
The Liberal deputy Ludovic Orban, Member of the subsidiary from District 1, said he was amazed by the central government decision, especially because this organization is one of the strongest in the country.
"The Liberal branch in sector 1 is, obviously, among the most powerful, if not the most powerful branch of NLP.
"I think a great disservice to PNL, this decision before the start of the campaign," said Ludovic Orban.
The Liberal leadership resolved also another application that created problems in recent days.
It's about Senator Ion Ghişe, who was not promoted by its subsidiary in Brasov County, but who received the confirmation of higher authorities party for another term in the Senate.
This decision was accepted by the leader of Brasov, as stated President Crin Antonescu.
