RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - Military ceremonies, concerts and sports competitions are taking place today in the Capital, on Land Forces Day.
Throughout the day, ceremonies are organized at the monuments dedicated to the memory of the Heroes of the Land Forces, as well as cultural and educational programs and events with evocative and scientific character, sports and military competitions, book exhibitions, military music concerts and documentary viewings.
The spiritual patron and protector of the Romanian Land Forces is the Holy Great Martyr George - the Victory Bearer.
