The document was adopted by the Parliament last week after the censure motion was rejected by vote.
The law for amending the new Labour Code was ruled constitutional.
This means that the provisions are in accordance with the Constitution.
The decision is final and general compulsory and will be sent to the President of Romania for promulgation.
Notification was filed last week by Liberal Social Union.
The opposition are criticising the way the new Labour Code was adopted, the fact that parliamentary debates are being avoided and also some articles.
It is about the right to work, the right to holidays, the right to salary, the right of employees to associate and the right to strike.
The members of the Parliament from PSD, PNL and PC said that the current Government used the accountability procedure so often that it became the exception to the rule.
They stated that the urgency to amend the Labour Code was not justified and therefore the Government violated the jurisdiction of the Parliament as single legislative authority.
In the complaint the opposition also emphasised that the Labour Code had been drafted and adopted in violation of the advisory role of the Economic and Social Council.
The signatories also said that the new Labour Code would diminish the protection of employees.
