Klaus Iohannis, official visit to South Korea

President Klaus Iohannis will pay an official visit to South Korea next week.
The trip takes place from Monday to Wednesday and comes at the invitation of his South Korean counterpart, Yoon Suk Yeol.
On this occasion, the joint declaration on strengthening the Romania-Republic of Korea Strategic Partnership will be adopted at the highest level.
The document will set out the directions of cooperation targeted by both sides for the next 10 years.
The visit will also provide an opportunity to intensify political and diplomatic contacts between the two countries, as well as to assess bilateral trade exchanges, which are on a growing trend.
The talks will also discuss the intensification of trade and investment in the fields of green and nuclear energy, new technologies, IT, infrastructure, health and education, the Prefectural Administration said.
