RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - Judgments will be sent ex-officio by e-mail, according to a draft law adopted by the Chamber of Deputies as a decision-making body.
The document ensures a better activity of the courts, as well as the reduction of costs, says the USR deputy, Oana Murariu, who pleads for the continuation of the measures for streamlining the judicial system.
Oana Murariu: “Through this project, people who want and have an e-mail address will be able to receive the court decision without paper, without stamp, without lost time, without postal factor. All this is absolutely normal for the year 2022. We are taking steps that are actually quite small. What needs to be done is up to the Ministry of Justice. The posts of magistrates must be filled, the staffing schemes for magistrates and clerks must be supplemented and these must be done at once."
