Romanian President Klaus Iohannis was hospitalized on Thursday, 25 October, at the “Dr. Carol Davila” Central Military Emergency University Hospital in Bucharest for a minor surgery at his left shoulder, Presidential Administration says.
President Iohannis needed a minimally invasive arthroscopic intervention at his left shoulder.
Surgery went well and following medical treatment and post-surgery physical recovery, Romanian President is now in good condition and medically fit to resume duties.
