Investment incentive program

A state aid program to stimulate investments with a major impact on the economy will be adopted at the next meeting of the executive, announced the Minister of Finance, Adrian Caciu.
He said the first session of the program will be launched in the middle of next month:
Adrian Caciu: We have to try together to identify a new scheme especially for the SME area, because SMEs, no matter how we want to look at things, are the backbone of the Romanian economy, and they are the only chance for us to move from the consumer economy to the production economy, so the session starts on May 15th.
Host: Adrian Caciu also said that Romania is facing an inflationary outbreak, which is also felt globally, generated by the conflict in Ukraine, but also by the resettlement of some geostrategic areas on the components of world trade.
That is why, the minister also specified, it is important for Romania to take advantage of the opportunities it has.
