Sunday evening a C42 Ikarus fell on a house construction in Siria, Arad. The pilot, aged 42, lost his life in the crash.
This is the third aeronautical accident that has occurred in Romania in a week’s span. The plane basically crashed into the top floor of the construction.

On the outskirts of Siria, which is situated ca 30 kilometers from Arad, is an aerodrom also used as training ground for aeronautical excercices, especially toward the end of the working week.
The lifeless body of the pilot was taken by forensics for necropcy.
The pilot had a record of over 200 hours of flight, and he had attended flight school through the Caransebes Aeroclub.
