Festival will be held for four weekends and will include over 40 street theater performances, held in central Bucharest. On Saturday, July 14, there is also a world premiere.
Official opening of the Festival is scheduled for Friday evening at 19:00 in the University Square, which is also the focus of the B-Fit in the Street. Samba batukada drummers, cabaret dancers, circus artists, and fantastic characters alongside Romanian actors and festival volunteers will launch the "B-Fit in the Street" anniversary edition of the University Square, and then invite spectators to a walk in the main markets of Bucharest until late at night.
Program of the first festival weekend starts at 19 o'clock every day with mobile shows in the University Square, Odeon Theater square, Military Circle, National Theater and Smârdan streets, Lipscani and St. Anton's Square in the historic center.
Street performances last until 23 o'clock, except Saturdays, when the program is extended with night performances and a parade in the city center. Highlight of the first weekend of the festival will be on Saturday evening, July 14, when from 21:15 on, George Enescu Square will host the world premiere of an aerial acrobatics show, performed by an Italian team of acrobats.
