Inflation exceeded 15% in August

Inflation exceeded 15% in August, and compared to the same period last year, the highest price increases were for gas - by 70%, potatoes - by 54% and oil - by 50% - according to the report of the National Institute of Statistics.
Compared to July, however, the increases are not that big: inflation increased by 0.36% and consumer prices by 0.6%.
Prices seem to have reduced their lead, if we remember that in July prices were 0.9% higher than the previous month.
