Increased sales of ecological vehicles in Romania
In the first three months of the current year, 661 ecological cars - hybrid and electric - were sold in Romania, up with 62% compared to last year’s same period.

In the first three months of the current year, 661 ecological cars - hybrid and electric - were sold in Romania, up with 62% compared to last year’s same period.
According to data centralized by the Association of Car Manufacturers and Importers, 201 out of the total are 100% electric cars.
In Romania, in the first three months of 2018, the number of 'green' cars from the total domestic sales was 2.2%, up from 1.7%, compared with the same period of the previous year.
Last year, there were almost 2,900 electric and hybrid cars in circulation in Romania, out of which about 500 were electric.
