In Constanta, the weekend restrictions no longer apply, after the incidence rate of coronavirus infections fell below 3.5 cases per thousand inhabitants cumulated in 14 days.
Thus, traffic is allowed until 22:00; until then, the catering units will remain open.
Shops and shopping centers are now available until 9 pm.
It is still forbidden to work with the public inside restaurants and cafes, in theaters, cinemas and gambling halls - reports RRA correspondent Sorin Cealera.
