In Bucharest, the COVID-19 infection rate fell below 3.5 / 1.000 inhabitants, which means lifting additional weekend restrictions on travel and store hours.
From Friday, the people of Bucharest will be able to drive until 22:00 instead of 20:00, and shops will have the same program during the weekend that they have during the week, according to the decision of the Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations.
The capital and the counties of Ilfov as well as Cluj are still listed as red zones, with over 3 cases per 1.000 inhabitants reported in the last 14 days, but the incidences are decreasing.
