Hungary has imposed new restrictions on cross-border travel starting Wednesday.
Romanian and Serbian citizens will be tested at the border and will have to be quarantined.
So are Hungarians returning from countries considered to be at medium and high risk for the spread of coronavirus.
Croats, on the other hand, are currently exempt from these measures.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared through his chief of staff that the restrictions were imposed after the number of infections in some countries increased.
