High precision robots to monitor air quality in Bucharest, Brasov and Timis
Articol de Radiojurnal, 23 Ianuarie 2025, 15:46
Three high-precision robots will measure air quality in the counties of Brasov, Timis and the capital.
They were chosen because they are large urban clusters and have many data collection stations.
The first robot has already been commissioned in Brasov.
It will accurately determine, without human intervention, the fraction of PM10 or PM 2.5 particles on filters collected from air quality stations.
Such a device cost almost 1.2 million lei and the money was allocated by the Environmental Fund Administration.
