Health money from rectify, "for hospitals and liabilities"
Ministry of Health announces that the additional money that he received from the budget rectification will be used for the operation of hospitals and for the payment of debts.

Ministry of Health expects to collect between 350 and 400 million lei from the clawback fee, which should be added to the amount of 150 million lei allocated by the government for the budget rectification, informs the Minister in a statement released Sunday.
According to the ministry, all the money will be transferred to the Single Health Insurance Fund and will be used for the operation of hospitals but also to pay outstanding obligations of hospitals that have older payment than 90 days.
The Ministry of Health states that priority for allocating funds will have the regional network hospitals in emergency hospitals.
According to the release, the normative act to rectify the health ministry budget provides that funds can be supplemented from the state reserve if necessary.
With further budget rectification, the Ministry of Health reallocated from a budgetary chapter to another one 4 million lei to ensure the proper financing of national health programs, through the provision of drugs and medical supplies.
The Government approved Saturday the draft emergency ordinance amending the budget and state social insurance budget for 2012.
Correction is based on an economic growth revised down to 1 percent, compared to 1.2 percent considered in the first budget revision in august 2012, while the original budget was built on a rise of 1.8 - 2.3 percent, according to the draft ordinance on budget revisions, published by the ministry of Finance.
Health is on the list of areas that receive more money from rectification, along with Agriculture, Administration, Education, Justice, Regional Development and Tourism, SRI.
The Government cuts, in exchange, from the costs covered by the state budget for the Senate, SCM, ICCJ, television and public radio and some ministries, including Culture and Defense.
