"Green Week" debuts in schools

From Monday, the period in which the "Green Week" can be held begins in the educational units.

Each school has chosen five consecutive days in which students will be involved in activities that contribute to the prevention of climate change and the protection of the environment.

This is the first time children will learn about these things in an organized way.

In fact, the Ministries of Education and the Environment launched on Friday the weeknaverde.edu.ro platform, which offers informative materials and ideas for activities that can be organized within this program.

The Ministry of Education specifies that the platform is only a starting point, and teachers are not obliged to limit themselves to the proposed ideas, being encouraged to identify other types of specific activities at local level.
