Government to increase health insurance budget

An extraordinary government meeting was announced on Friday morning. Ministers have been convened online from 8:45am to approve the health insurance budget increase.
Three chapters of the health insurance fund budget would receive extra money. This month's payment of staff costs at the territorial health insurance funds and the National Health Insurance House will receive more than 46 million lei.
The second chapter is social assistance, which will receive 100 million lei, and the last budget chapter is related to projects with non-reimbursable financing from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which will receive about 294 million lei.
