Romanian Government is to discuss on Tuesday projects on Justice and Economy for which it is to assume responsibility before Parliament.
Key issues include:
- Changes to the Laws of Justice, more specifically the part regarding postponement of early retirement of magistrates, increase of number of judges' units from two to three, or seniority required to enter the National Institute of Magistracy.
- Repeal of Ordinance removing school transport from the sphere of public interest services
- Budget ceilings
- First reading of draft Ordinance 114, for which the Executive will assume responsibility in the second stage, RADOR reports.
