The beneficiaries will receive between 6 and 8 thousand Ron help from the state, depending on the type of installation used for producing the renewable energy.
The Government will allocate bigger funds for the "Green House" programme in 2012 after the funds for supporting alternative ways of heating for his year have been exhausted.
350 million RON are allocated for the budget of the next year, according to the Minister of the Environment, László Borbély.
He underlines the risk that the production of renewable energy might lead to an increase in prices for the population.
"Green House" is the project that the Minister of Environment helps those who want to install systems that produce renewable energy.
43 thousand applications have been submitted starting this year.
The beneficiaries will receive between 6 and 8 thousand RON from the state, depending on the type of installation for producing thermal energy.
Renewable energy has a very high potential of developing in Romania, and the Romanian state supports investors in this domain through the green certificates system.
Renewable energy can be cheaper or more expensive
This kind of energy can though be cheaper or more expensive, and the minister Borbély points out that there should be taken into account the price that the population is going to pay, since the renewable energy can reach up to 24 percent of the total energy consumption of the country in 2020.
The hydro energy is cheaper, but even here lately there have been some signals of the environment rules regarding the construction of micro thermal systems on some rivers in protected areas of the country.
"There are some investments that lead to an increase in the price of this energy, but there also others that are cheaper from this point of view. We have a potential, for example quite high on hydro, but those who decide to make investments may obey the rules of nature protection", László Borbély declared.
The investments must also come from the area of those who want a profit so that they can invest in that domain.
The biggest fair of renewable energy in Romania and maybe even Europe is taking place as we speak at the Palace Hall, the organizers say.
115 exhibitors from over 15 countries have gathered to present some of the most innovative systems and installations in the wind, solar, geothermal power as well as bionergy industry.
