Reporter: In order to counteract the negative effect of the increase in gasoline and diesel prices on the living standards of the population, as well as on the activity of economic operators, the government wants to extend from October 1 to December 31 the compensation of these prices by 50 bani to the pump.
For this, in yesterday's meeting, the text of an emergency ordinance was analyzed in the first reading, which will have to be adopted until the end of September.
There are four more emergency ordinances on the government's agenda. One will extend the measures applied in the II and III quarters of this year within the social health insurance system, with the aim of continuing actions to limit the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection among the population, by granting and settling medical services in the fourth quarter of this year, especially since the flu season will start in October, with a peak in December and which will end approximately in May.
The other emergency ordinances refer to the completion of the waste management and energy efficiency legislation and a better verification of the legal terms regarding the national system for monitoring the road transport of goods with high fiscal risk, Ro-eTransport.
