The Exchange offer for sale on the package state, nearly 10 percent of the OMV Petrom, is one of the main topics on the agenda of the Government – the Ziarul Financiar continued – the most important ‘privatization’ after the sale of RCB, in 2005.
The main objective is to maximize the price obtained from selling the shares – also announced the Ministry of Economy.
However, since the transaction is due to happen over time, the ‘potato’ remains the focus of the economic actuality.

Due to pests, the seed potatoes, with which 10,000 hectares had been cultivated, are missing.
The Curierul Naţional opened its today edition with the analysis: ‘What is more profitable: taxi or private car?’
Surprisingly, if we go below 5,000 miles a year, is more convenient to use the yellow car.
Not only that it is cheaper in big cities with terrible traffic, but you get rid of stress, fines and bureaucracy – is the conclusion of the calculations in the Curierul Naţional, counts which include all the expenses retinue of a car owner: petrol, insurance, technical inspections, tires and parts, and many more.
However, the taxi does not help if you often have to travel to other cities.
We conclude with the Economistul, which published this week in its issue, among others, estimates regarding the chances of recovery of the private pension and post–crisis perspective: focus on SMEs.
And also in the Economistul we have an analysis trying to find out why we can not win from one of the most potentially profitable business in the vacations industry of Romania: cruises on the Danube, which could easily to attract the luxury travel enthusiasts in our country.
