FBI training for 16 GAD officers

16 police officers from the General Anticorruption Directorate will be trained in Budapest by FBI agents, during two webinars attended by police officers from Slovenia, Kosovo and the Republic of Moldova.
The courses are organized with the support of the United States Embassy in Bucharest. The first webinar took place yesterday and focused on methods of collecting and analyzing information, investigating corruption offenses, strategic leadership, as well as international cooperation for the identification, investigation and prosecution of corruption.
The second webinar will be organized next month and will focus on public corruption and internal control, focusing on employee ethics and internal disciplinary procedures, RRA reporter Atena Teognoste reported.
