Romania will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with a song selected through a national final organized by the Romanian Public Television (Televiziunea Română, TVR).
Selecția Națională 2018 is the national selection organized by TVR and its regional studios in order to select Romania's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018.
Slogan for the 2018 selection is "Eurovision unește România!" (Eurovision unites Romania!).
The HUMANS, Teodora Dinu and Dora Gaitanovici have qualified on Sunday, 18 February, at the last semifinal in Sighișoara, for the Eurovision Romania final contest scheduled to take place on February 25 at Bucharest’s Sala Polivalentă.
Tele-vote will decide which of the fifteen remaining entries will represent Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018.
Eurovision is an international music competition, organized by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the largest public television association in Europe. Romanian Television, EBU Member, is the organizer of the Romanian National Selection and has been participating in this European competition since 1993.
Eurovision Song Contest 2018 will take place at the Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal and will consist of two semi-finals on 8 and 10 May and the final on 12 May 2018.
