Bucharest’s Palace of Parliament hosts, on 9-11 October, the 6th edition of the European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC), organized under the aegis of the European Union Agency for Network Internet Security (ENISA).
ECSC aims at enhancing cybersecurity talent across Europe and connecting high potentials with industry leading organizations. During the three days of the competition, the finalist teams will have to be transposed into a scenario that involves the development and protection of an infrastructure. Contestants will also be challenged in solving security related tasks from domains such as web security, mobile security, cryptography, reverse engineering, hardware challenges and forensics and in the process collect points for solving them.
20 countries participate in this Challenge: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Romania is represented by a team of 10 competitors.
