EU prepares for a "a possible fiasco" of Brexit

European Council President Donald Tusk harshly criticized those who promoted Brexit without having a plan to put into practice.

European Union will not change the reserve mechanism to avoid a tough frontier between Ireland and Northern Ireland after the UK leaves the EU in March 2019, Tusk said, according to a BBC correspondent.

EU Council President made these statements after talks in Brussels with Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar: "The sense of responsibility also tells us to prepare for a possible fiasco.
