Over 250 people are protesting in this moment in Constanta port.
They have blocked the two entrancies from the center of Seaports Constanta Administration.
The people are complaining about their rights violation and also, about the fact that nobody discusses their claims with them.
Trade unionists state that they will not end the protest until the Transport Minister dismisses the company manager, Andrei Popa.
We remind the protests have begun at the end of February, the Ports Administration employees demanding that the actual administration repeatedly infringes the collective labour contract.
At their protests initiated by the Trade Union employees of National Company‘ Constanta Seaports Administration (CNPAMC )also participate the representatives of other syndicates from the port platform level who are not satisfied by the company administration’s decision to introduce the entrance tax in port for employees’ auto vehicles who display their activity within the port.
According to trade unionists, employees on the port platform have gained their right, within the court, to come to their working place with their cars, without being forced to pay the tax.
