Carol Eduard Novak won the silver medal in the individual contretemps cycling competition at the Paralympic Games in London.
He brought the second medal for Romania, after the gold in the velodrome track.
The athlete was ahead by Czech Jiri Jezek.
The third place went to another athlete from the Czech Republic, Jiri Bouska.
Saturday, Carol Eduard Novak brought the first gold medal for Romania in Paralympics history, having won the race on the velodrome track.
Eduard Novak, aged 36, is vice champion at the Olympics in 2008 in Beijing, at the counter time contest and double world champion on the road and contretemps, and in London held for the second time in his career the flag at the opening ceremony.
Romania's objective in this edition of the Paralympic Games is to get two medals.
The Summer Paralympic Games were held for the first time in 1948, and the competition was attended by veterans of the British Army in World War II.
