Dragnea announced the exclusion of PM Grindeanu from PSD
PSD President Liviu Dragnea said that PSD decided to initiate a no-confidence motion against the Grindeanu Cabinet.

The President of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), Liviu Dragnea, announced that PSD voted unanimously for the exclusion of Prime-Minister Sorin Grindeanu from the party.
He said that at the same time, the PSD decided to initiate a no-confidence motion against the Grindeanu Cabinet.
"The motion will be tabled on Monday and will be discussed on Wednesday," Liviu Dragnea stated.
He added that over the last weeks, several ministers had come to him to complain they couldn’t establish an effective communication with the Prime Minister. "They told me they wanted to resign so they would not be associated with the failure of not meeting some of the measures in the Government program, but I told them not to do that," Liviu Dragnea said without mentioning the names of the ministers he talked to.
