Double Win for 6 artists and bands at RRA Music Awards
Directia 5, the band Simplu, Marcel Pavel, Nicoleta Matei (Nico), Alina Manole and VH2 are the artists and bands who have won two trophies each at the 2012 Radio Romania Actualitati Music Awards.

At Radio Romania Actualitati Music Awards of this year, six artists and bands have won two trophies each in different categories.
Among those who took home two trophies include Directia 5, the band Simplu, Marcel Pavel, Nicoleta Matei (Nico), Alina Manole and VH2.
Directia 5 was nomined as having the best concept album for "Beautiful Jazz" - Duets.
Directia 5 also received the award for artist of the year at Radio Romania Actualitati.
The band Simplu has won the trophy for Best Pop Dance.
Also the band Simplu won with the disc "Dance or die trying" and the trophy for best pop dance album.
Marcel Pavel was named "best performer" at Radio Romania Actualitati Music Awards 2012.
Also, Marcel Pavel won the the trophy at the category best pop album with "I don’t have you anymore"(Nu te mai am).
The best singer from Radio Romania Actualitati Music Awards 2012 was nominated Nicoleta Matei (Nico), an artist who also received the trophy at the Best Pop Song for the song "Give me another chance"(Mai da-mi o sansa).
Also among the the artists who received two trophies was included Alina Manole who was named the best folk artist from this year edition.
Moreover, with the album "Love in 3" Manole Alina won the trophie for Best Folk Album.
At Radio Romania News Music Awards, VH2 has won the trophies in the categories Best Pop-Rock Album with "2" and The Best Pop-Rock Artist.
In other categories, the song "Get Back" artist brought Alexandra Stan the award for best pop-dance song, the song "Thousands of emeralds" by Daniel Iancu won Best Rock Song and the trophy for the best Song pop-rock reached the band Taxi for the song "Non Stop".
The award "Radio Romania Junior" was obtained by Andreea Olariu and the lifetime achievement went to songwriter Camelia Dăscălescu.
Radio Romania Actualitati Music Awards of this year were completed on the stage by a performance with fire.
Radio Romania Actualitati Music Awards 2012 stage has had two special moments.
The first moment was marked by the band Taxi that this year, on February 29, celebrated 13 years of existence and the second celebrated was Cristi Enache from Directia 5 who turned 36 on the day of the award gala Radio Romania Actualitati Music Awards.
