Distrait on many properties of Deputy Mihail Boldea
The prosecutors of Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) have put under distrait two apartments and four lands of Deputy Mihail Boldea. The deputy is international searched for fraud and money laundering.

Prosecutors from Organized Crime Galati have established seizure on two apartments and four lands from the county which belong to Deputy Mihail Boldea, it is shown into notification broadcast by DIICOT.
The prosecutors also have established the unavailability of three apartments from Galati County which belong to his brother, George Stefan, and of two estates which belong to his father, Gheorghe Boldea.
The amounts of 130,000 Euros and 240,000 Euros also have been sequestered, transferred by Mihail Boldea into the opened bank accounts of two charged.
The investigation continues in order to document the entire criminal activity.
The Deputy Mihail Boldea, who is internationally chased, has declared Friday for the reporters from Gandul that he is in Congo and he transmitted to authorities that he will return by himself.
Mihail Boldea is the first Romanian parliamentary who is internationally chased after was issued Thursday a preventive arrest warrant on his name in his absentia, by the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
The Deputy is charged with forming an organized criminal group and also severe fraud.
Also, he would have helped at obtaining some estate goods, knowing that these come from criminal acts.
Mihail Boldea is charged also of money laundering, respectively of helping another person to hide or dissimulate the owning of some estate goods or rights over some this kind of goods, although he knew that these were coming from criminal acts, like trafficking.
The deputy’s fortune
According to his fortune declaration, Mihail Boldea owns 4 apartments and a house, an agricultural land, an incorporated area one, 2 wrist-watches of which one is a Baumercier of 12,000 Euros and a Longines of 6,000 Euros.
He also possesses two paintings signed by Simion Mărculescu, worthing 5,000 Euros.
Also, within his bank accounts he owns 110,000 euros and 60,000 lei.
The same declaration also specifies that Mihail Boldea given three loans: 25,000 Euros, 70,000 Euros and 175,000 Euros, but also that he has to pay other dues, among which the biggest is of 500,000 Euros, borrowed from his elder brother, Ștefan, in 2007.
Also to his elder brother, George Ștefan, Mihail Boldea has donated on April 13 and respectively 15, 2011 three from his own apartments, because in 2010, the deputy hadn’t have only four apartments, but seven.
In fact, also in 2008, the politician has sold to his brother George Ștefan an apartment with four rooms for 60,000 Euros.
Mihail Boldea has another two dues to Raiffaisen-Bank –one of 45,000 Euros (mature in 2040) and another one of 55000 Swiss francs (mature in 2014).
The fortune declaration from 2011 also shows that Mihail Boldea has gained 52,054 lei from the parliamentarian allowance and 13,812 lei and 284 lei, as an university assistant at two universities from Galaţi –the private one, Danubius, and the state one, Dunărea de Jos.
