Defense Minister Mircea Dusa participates in the two days talks, and has scheduled meetings with his counterparts from Germany and Canada.

NATO defense ministers will discuss, for the first time the effects of long-term security of Russia's actions in Ukraine and the way the allies should respond.
The annexation of Crimea by Russia has severely damaged NATO's relationships with Moscow, and the ministers will make fundamental decisions about Russia which will be presented to NATO leaders at their meeting in September.
