Decrease in the number of new Covid cases

Decrease, for the third consecutive day, in the number of new cases of COVID-19 in Romania.
Yesterday at noon, 5.340 were announced, but the number of tests performed, about 27.500, remained somewhere at half the existing capacity nationwide.
The evolution is a positive one, both in terms of those declared cured, over 7.800, and of the active infections - the lowest level in the last 6 weeks.
However, the number of serious cases remains high - there are currently 1.270 patients in Intensive Care Units. Also high is the number of deaths associated with the new coronavirus. 188 were recorded from Thursday to Friday, says Rador.
