Companies employing pupils or students during the holiday period can benefit from a financial incentive

The National Agency for Employment announces that companies employing pupils or students during the holiday period can benefit from a monthly financial incentive equal to 50% of the value of the social reference indicator, whose value has been updated to 660 lei.

The incentive can be granted for a maximum of 60 working days for each pupil and student, and the difference up to the level of the salary earned is borne by the employer. In order to benefit from the financial incentive, employers must conclude an agreement with the County Employment Agency.
