"We have established a comprehensive partnership of friendship and cooperation with Romania and in 2014, it will be 10 years from this partnership.
"We considered that Romania needs investment in infrastructure construction and encourage Chinese companies to make investments, to participate in the cooperation with our Romanian partners to find some projects you can collaborate.
"When you go to China and say that you are from Romania, to be receive very warm out there and so it turns out that there is a solid foundation of friendship between the Chinese people and the people of Romania," said Huo Yuzhen.
China's Ambassador to Bucharest, Huo Yuzhen, noted that the new leadership in Beijing will focus on raising the standard of living of the population, combat corruption and cutting red tape.
