Local authorities in Călăraşi (south of Romania) decided, on Monday, 29 October, to temporarily interrupt ferry-boat border crossing at the Chiciu area on the border between Călăraşi (Romania) and Silistra (Bulgaria), due to low level of the River Danube.
Measure has the role of preventing accidents, since this area is heavily circulated.
