Chamber of Deputies adopts draft law to repeal compensatory appeal
Draft law now has to receive a final approval from President Klaus Iohannis before it takes effect.

Romanian Chamber of Deputies adopted on Wednesday, by a majority of votes (272 for 5 abstentions), draft law to repeal the Law on compensatory appeal, normative act that allowed release of thousands of detainees before legal deadline.
Draft law now has to receive a final approval from President Klaus Iohannis before it takes effect.
