Central Electoral Bureau rejects the candidacy of Calin Georgescu

According to Central Electoral Bureau sources, confirmed by the head of POT, Ana Maria Gavrila, the candidacy of Calin Georgescu was rejected with 10 votes in favor and four against.
The members of the Bureau had to deal with appeals requesting the rejection of Calin Georgescu's candidacy on the grounds that his speech and behavior are incompatible with the supreme office in the state.
The decision of the Central Electoral Bureau can be appealed to the Constitutional Court within 24 hours, and within another 48 hours the Constitutional Court must adopt a final decision that cannot be appealed to any other court.
