CC rejects USR's complaint regarding the state budget for 2022

The government has every chance of starting the year with the new state budget recently adopted by parliament.
The Constitutional Court rejected the USR's complaint against this bill, which can now be sent to the Cotroceni Palace for promulgation.
CC judges unanimously rejected all objections to constitutionality raised by USR lawmakers, who were particularly dissatisfied with the way funds were distributed to local authorities.
The Constitutional Court had initially set a deadline for discussing the USR's complaint for today, but later decided to debate it more quickly and rule on the matter yesterday.
