'Bucharest is dancing' this weekend on Calea Victoriei, which transforms into a big dance floor.
Those interested will have the chance to try out over 20 dance styles in five large areas.
Bucharest residents and those passing through the capital will have the chance to try burlesque, jazz, ballet and contemporary dance, as well as Romanian folk, Greek, salsa and Argentine tango in five large areas on Calea Victoriei.
These include the National History Museum, the Military Circle, the Renaissance Monument, the Radisson Blu Hotel and the Monteoru area.
In total, there will be 180 moments prepared by participating schools, consisting of flash mobs and demonstrations, between 18:30 and 21:15.
At 20:15, in all five venues, Bucharest residents are invited to participate in the biggest collective dance ever organized in Romania.
The second edition of the biggest dance event in the country, Dance Night is part of the 'Open Streets - Urban Promenade' project, which makes Calea Victoriei pedestrianized during the weekends.
The Dance Night will also come to Brasov's Sfatului Square at the end of the month.
