RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - Businessmen's representatives are dissatisfied with the amendments proposed by the executive to the Fiscal Code.
At the recent discussions in the Government, they asked for more time to analyze these measures and postpone their entry into force.
Invited to the "Morning Call", on Radio Romania News, the president of the National Council of SMEs, Florin Jianu, appreciated that the changes will affect more small companies and gave an example.
Florin Jianu: "One of the major changes is that it becomes mandatory for every SME to have at least one employee, which raises some questions in the sense that, for example, what do we do with start-ups, with young people or entrepreneurs at the beginning of the road, who do not have the possibility to have employees? Equally, this approach, in which we look at people, we look at thresholds, we look at the number of employees is quite complicated and induces a lot of uncertainty. If anyone were to listen to us, the measures would have to be uniform, simple, top-down and easy to apply."
