AUR President George Simion elected Vice-President of the European Conservatives and Reformists

AUR President George Simion was elected Vice-President of the European Conservatives and Reformists at the party's congress in Brussels today.

AUR says that this position is a recognition of the party's efforts to defend democracy and conservative values, as well as a commitment by partners to work together and promote a European model based on respect for the sovereignty of Member States.

AUR has been a member of the European Conservatives and Reformists Group in the European Parliament since last year.
