Anti-COVID-19 vaccination in 25 centers

Vaccination against COVID-19 continued yesterday in Romania, in 25 centers set up in Bucharest and other cities. In this first stage of immunization, vaccine doses are intended for healthcare professionals.
Vaccination took place in Bucharest, at the Marius Nasta Institute, where patients with lung diseases are cared for, at the University Emergency Hospital and at the Emergency Clinical Hospital Professor Dr. Agrippa Ionescu.
The first symbolic tranche of 10.000 units, as well as the one received two days ago, the more consistent one, of over 140.000, are being used. For example, from the Storage Center at the Cantacuzino Institute in the Capital, 1.470 doses of vaccine were distributed to the medical units in Bucharest, and from the Center in Timisoara, 1.850 doses of vaccine were distributed to the units in Timisoara, and also to the ones in Hunedoara county. From the Craiova Regional Center, 975 doses were distributed for the hospitals in Dolj County.
