Annual inflation rate fell to 6.6%

The annual inflation rate fell to 6.6 percent in March from 7.2 percent in February, the second consecutive decline in this indicator.
According to INS data released today, food goods rose 2.81 percent, non-food goods 8.06 percent and services 10.2 percent.
Postal services, water and sewage services, cosmetic care and medical services were the most expensive. Canned fruit, fresh fruit, fish and tinned fish, cheese, coffee, cocoa, wine and beer saw the highest prices.
Among non-food goods, detergents saw the biggest price increases - almost 25%, followed by medicines, up more than 23%.
