The Government of Romania provides the refugees from Ukraine with official and up-to-date information about the rights and services they can benefit from in Romania through the new online platform "Protectieucraina.gov.ro".
There, ukrainians who come to Romania can find useful information, among other things, about health, transport and education, how to learn the Romanian language, how to find a temporary accommodation or a job.
More than 1.1 million people fleeing the war in Ukraine have arrived in Romania since February 24.
Even without official status, Ukrainian refugees can receive medical care and enroll their children in school or kindergarten.
